   I have ordered the chicken Alfredo with Cajun chicken tons of times. It’s one of my favourite dishes. I’ve ordered it for years. The portion they served me was small. I took one bite and could see the bottom of the plate. I’m not one to complain either. But when I order a pasta for $25 it better fill me up. They took it back and instead of just adding some more to it. They brought it back told me I was wrong this is the correct amount. Which either every earls I’ve had this at for the last 15 years was giving me too much or this establishment gives far less the normal. They thought bringing mine back and giving me an extra portion on the side would be the better option. I ate the original plate with the chicken within a few mins as it was quite small. Then a few mins after I was already finished they brought out a side without chicken. Completely different bowl of pasta. And repeatedly said they wouldn’t charge for extra pasta. Wow I’m so grateful!!(sarcasm) Just add to original plate next time!! My negative experience could have been avoided with just adding the “extra” as they put it to my original plate.

   Came in around dinner and it was a great time. Food and service were top tier as usual! Was taken care of by Jess and Alex.. Love their energy!

   Food was wrong and when it finally came was still incorrect and tasted awful. Service was terrible and slow despite and almost empty restaurant. Management was dismissive. We eat at earls 5-7 times a month and will NEVER eat at this earls again.

   Unfortunately we weren’t sat in the lounge as we had reserved and were instead sat at a small table in the corner of the dining room. Servers were nice but service was slow. Food was delicious as always!

   It was easy to make a reservation, the location was great, the ambiance was lovely, and the food and service were top notch! My date ordered an old-fashioned and it had root beer bitters which worked well, it was innovative and delicious! The cobb salad was crisp and fresh, the wigs appetizer was also crisp and tasty, and my other date's burger was cooked to perfection, with a multitude of fries. The servers were attentive and timely, and the decor was inviting and sparkly. I love Earl's!

   We went there to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. I reserved a table online for two and mentioned that we would be ordering a dessert to surprise my boyfriend. I asked them to write "Happy Birthday" on the dessert without needing to mention it in front of him. We appreciated that they did this and even covered the dessert bill. I was really impressed by how they greeted both me and my boyfriend; he was shocked at how attentive and friendly the staff were. We loved the Angry Chicken Lettuce Wrap as an appetizer, which my boyfriend said was his favorite. The main dishes were amazingly delicious. Although I work at Earls on Sherwood, I didn’t want to drive there since we were already in St. Albert. However, I was happy to visit this location because I saw how the staff treat their customers so well. We will definitely be returning. Overall, we were very satisfied with both the food and the service.

    Earls for Saturday brunch is one of the best deals out there. $15 for Eggs Benedict for example. Food is fresh and just the right amount. Service is always good. Buy a gift card and get a further 17% discount off the entire bill.
