    Overall, the experience was quite good — the environment was pleasant and most of the staff were friendly. However, there was an issue at the beginning that left me quite disappointed. When I arrived, I informed the female staff member at the front desk that I was there. She told me to wait for five minutes, but I ended up waiting for 10 to 15 minutes, and no one followed up. Instead, other guests who arrived after me were allowed to go in first. Eventually, I asked my husband to check with her again. She seemed surprised — almost as if she had completely forgotten about me — and told us that she had sent me a message. I replied that yes, I had received and responded to the message, but I had already been there for over 15 minutes. At that point, I couldn’t help but think: if you knew I was already there, what’s the point of mentioning the message again? It didn’t make sense and felt more like an excuse than an explanation. What made it more frustrating was that there were still plenty of empty seats in the room at the time. So it clearly wasn’t a matter of space or availability. Honestly, it seemed she simply forgot about me, but instead of admitting it, she tried to shift the blame back to me. I hope this can be improved in the future — better communication and follow-up would go a long way in making guests feel respected and properly attended to.

    We initially reserved a table inside the restaurant, but since it was a bit too small for our group, we asked to switch to an outdoor table. It turned out to be the perfect choice! The ambiance was fantastic—fresh air, warm sunshine, and a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere. Our server was also incredibly friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful time!

    This was our first time dining here, and honestly, it was a very good experience. We had the late night HH. The food was good for it's value, especially the chicken skewers! I liked that the most. Our server, Linh, was amazing!! She introduced her self when we were seated... She offered to add more candles as it was a tad bit dark... Her service was impeccable. I had the Espresso Martini but asked for it to be chocolate martini. She said you guys do not offer chocolate martini, but instead she got some chocolate from the kitchen to be added in my drink. That was very delicious! I appreciated Linh's wonderful service. Linh is a gem!

    I love how Earls made changes in service, staffing, interior and foods!!! Everything got much better and their oysters were as fresh as you can have at oyster bars!! I’ve never had this much satisfaction at Earls before, and definitely would like to come back!!

    The customer service is super! I added a suggestion to the server at the end. Surprisingly, a lady who specialized in customer dining experience came out and explained and showed the respect from my recommendation. She also advised the kitchen about my suggestion. Really good experience. It made me feel respected. I will come again.
