    The customer service is super! I added a suggestion to the server at the end. Surprisingly, a lady who specialized in customer dining experience came out and explained and showed the respect from my recommendation. She also advised the kitchen about my suggestion. Really good experience. It made me feel respected. I will come again.

    We had a great meal tonight at earls. Made it with 4 minutes left in happy hour. Our server Linh was wonderful. She made sure to get our order in on time for happy hour. She brought extra napkins and helped us tidy up when my two kids predictably knocked over an entire glass of coke all over the table, and made sure we had everything we need to enjoy our meal. Excellent service! The food was great too! Will be back!

    Earl's Station Square offers an underwhelming dining experience. Service was noticeably lacking, with our server appearing overworked, busy, and annoyed, making it difficult to get attention. Basic requests, such as cutlery, took an excessive amount of time to arrive. The food was merely "okay" and nothing special, further contributing to the impression that the staff was overwhelmed.

    The happy hour choices were amazing. I loved the steak frites and the mocktails that I ordered. True value for money with excellent flavour and service! I and my friends truly enjoyed dining at Earls. I’m surely coming back for more.

    I was really disappointed to hear that Earls has changed their happy hour to exclude the dining room. Happy Hour is a time in which businesses offer select items at a discount. NOT based on where they are sitting. It felt like discrimination. Brutal rule.. The same drink someone had a few feet away from me was half off, while I paid full price... super disappointing. We were part of a group of 8 and we had made reservations. We all left with a bad taste in our mouth from the experience.

    We waited 35 minutes for the waitress to ask us if we wanted to order something. I had to ask the front door hostess 3 times to send someone over. When I mentioned to the waitress we had been waiting she became argumentative and rude. No manager came to speak with us. Complete gong show.

    It was fantastic to have Nicole be our Frontline server for the very first time! We’ve known her since she began working at your restaurant, and I’ve watched her grow. She’s a fantastic server, works very hard, and is a very very nice young woman. We congratulate her on her successful growth in your organization.

    We felt like our server forgot about us 3-4 times durning the whole time we were there. At one point we had to get up and go to the server because she had left us alone for so long.
