   Waited 15 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. No menu’s on the table or check in for another 10 minutes. Some food dishes were not at great quality. Felt very rushed to leave.

   Normally find this a good location, this time our experience was not good. But overall find Earls to be fresh food, good service and good value.

   Kitchen was out of everything, beer was brought out warm, burger brought out cold twice. Offered to comp burger and dessert, but were out of the dessert we wanted anyway. Only time I’ve been disappointed by an Earl’s

   This location is beautifully located on Jasper Avenue. The atmosphere is great, super chill. We came with a reservation and that is where issues started showing up. One of my friends came in and asked for my reservation while I was sitting in the lounge. Well the staff directed him to another table in the main restaurant. Food wise, I ordered a garden burger and it was okay. Nothing really special. The biggest disappointment was the service. Our server was painfully slow and we barely saw her all night. Sad to see Earls quality decline while the cost continue to climb.
