   We had a mixed experience. The Wagyu beef oshi was absolutely amazing, with rich flavors and tender texture. However, the salmon oshi was a disappointment, as it was dry and lacked flavour. Also, unfortunately, the sushi rice was also a letdown. It didn't hold together well, which made it difficult to enjoy with the dip. When the rice falls apart, it's frustrating and unappetizing. Overall, my experience was decent but not outstanding. With a bit more attention to detail, especially with the rice and maybe not use frozen salmon. We don’t mind paying more for excellent food and service. But to pay for mediocre food it leaves you not wanting to return. Also the margarita was not great, we went to Sir Winstons after and had a much better one.
