   Mostly wonderful, however my poor friend ordered a gluten free pizza (she's very accustomed to ordering gluten free) and it was truly dreadful.

We understand how important it is—especially for those with dietary needs—for these options to be both safe and satisfying. I would also like to apologize that your table wasn’t checked on during the main course. This is not the level of attentiveness we aim for, and we'll be addressing this with the team to improve our service consistency. As for the patio heater, we are in the process of getting them serviced so this does not happen again.    Happy hour wasn’t very happy! We were thrilled to learn that Earls went back to their old happy hour hours of 3 to 6 PM. However, in doing that, they also (in their infinite wisdom) decided to get rid of some of our favourites on the menu, specifically the sushi tacos. There’s hardly any decent Appetizers on the happy hour menu now. We found it really disappointing. Service was good though (even our server told us other people had complained about the missing menu items).  not sure when or if we will be back, which is sad considering we live very close to the Yaletown Earls. :(

   Earls, Yaletown is definitely one of my ‘go to restaurants’, however the slightly poor ratings I gave today were for two reasons. The first reason, it was very loud, probably the loudest ever & my guest & I struggled to be heard over each other. Second reason, there was confusion with the drinks we ordered & one of the main courses as well. Hopefully this was an exception but the NOISE LEVEL HAS TO COME DOWN. It was like going to a heavy metal band concert.

   our server was very accommodating and helpful with our large party. it was a busy saturday night, so the wait to receive our food/drinks was longer than usual, but understandable. we enjoyed our experience here, overall good vibes and lively atmosphere.

    Exceptional service from Kelly and all the staff! My friend got married recently and they made us feel really special. The food came out perfectly and the drinks were delicious. Friendly, fast & attentive service. Thankyou earls!!!!
