   Earls, Yaletown is definitely one of my ‘go to restaurants’, however the slightly poor ratings I gave today were for two reasons. The first reason, it was very loud, probably the loudest ever & my guest & I struggled to be heard over each other. Second reason, there was confusion with the drinks we ordered & one of the main courses as well. Hopefully this was an exception but the NOISE LEVEL HAS TO COME DOWN. It was like going to a heavy metal band concert.

   our server was very accommodating and helpful with our large party. it was a busy saturday night, so the wait to receive our food/drinks was longer than usual, but understandable. we enjoyed our experience here, overall good vibes and lively atmosphere.

   Exceptional service from Kelly and all the staff! My friend got married recently and they made us feel really special. The food came out perfectly and the drinks were delicious. Friendly, fast & attentive service. Thankyou earls!!!!

   Food was good. Servers were nice we think but could not hear the servers most of the time nor ourselves because the music and noise level was very high. To the point it was difficult to have a conversation. Would not come here again for this reason. Felt like we were in a nightclub. And that’s not what we were seeking. Avoid if that’s not what you want.

   Had to wait 40 minutes for the table despite having a reservation and after ordering food it arrived after an hour and that too undercooked. Worst experience

   We were an hour early for our reservation and they fit us in … probably helped them pit as well as they could fit in another party later during peak hours-it was pretty loud because it was pre Messi soccer and a concert but that was to be expected

   I ordered the rice bowl with tuna. Because I am celiac I was not able to have the sauce that is usually served with the raw tuna. It would have been nice to have a gluten free option if possible.

   Pre-concert fare - rapid service and food was out in a reasonable time - loud surroundings with crowd noise but concert music playing. Smallest men’s washroom based on the size of restaurant.

    We had to sit next to a big party that kept standing with their butts in our face. Music was blasting. Hard to get refills waiter could barely get to us with the party standing. Food was not that good f8r the first time ever.
