   The staff were all super kind and welcoming, and really put in effort to personalize my experience to try to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They took the time to get to know me, and had great food knowledge when recommending me some of their personal favourites. Additionally, the service was amazing and so were the food and drinks! Will definitely be returning! :)

   Earls, at Yorkdale, creates and maintains an excellent ambience whilst keeping the sound energetic and fun. The employees emphasize on engagement and friendliness. The food embodies everything your taste buds could ever dream of and create something unique for each craving. 10/10 would most certainly recommend!

   This location and the staff thereat always execute to perfection. Professional and considerate attention to detail (my mother has accessibility issues) make every aspect of every visit enjoyable — from (and especially) the friendly, courteous greeting at the door, to the service, and, of course, the food!

   The service was great our waiter was a lovely young gentlemen who really catered to us the entire evening. He did an amazing job of checking in with our table and walking us through items on the menu if we had questions. The restaurant is gorgeous, the seating is spacious and comfortable, the lighting is set low and it’s not too loud. Me and my partner could hear each other without screaming! The food portions are a bit smaller but the flavour makes up for it! I will definitely be going back!

   Highly recommended! Free parking aplenty. Access without having to go into the mall. Food was fresh and tasty. Excellent service!

   We had a good table by the window. It’s a bit noisy here but still has a great atmosphere. Servers and hostess were wonderful!

    We had a girls night out at Earls and based on reviews of this specific location we were really excited. Restaurant was very busy but that was expected. We arrived early and only had to wait a few minutes for our table. The first issue we had was our table was too small for our party of five. We had no lighting except for a tea candle so we could barely read the menu's. The light fixture above us was out, when we asked about it we were told they would check. Nothing else was mentioned. We had to ask for another chair. When we arrived after being seated we waited 20 minutes before a waitress came to ask us if we had looked at the menu's. They brought out our main entrees while we were still eating our appetizers which wouldn't have been a problem if the table wasn't small. There was five of us. There was nowhere to put more plates and they were not clearing the empty plates we had to finally say something about the lack of space. Aside from these issues I ordered the truffle tortellini and added the Cajun chicken. It was great. I also got the crispy prawn sushi tacos. They were also great. We ordered the spinach dip to share. I wasn't a fan of it. The blackened chicken looked amazing. Our waitress was a really sweet girl. I don't fault her especially because she was dealing with a table of annoying men next to us. She might have been a lil flustered.
