   The host was awkward and did not greet us upon arrival. He asked that we wait a further ten minutes to prepare the table to add an additional guest. It actually took him 20 minutes. Agatha, our Server was super friendly and helpful, All hot food arrived cold, including two pizzas and two bowls of fries. Additionally, a hair was on the plate next to the taco rolls, Server immediately took food away and brought fresh food, The manager apologized and reduced the bill. SInce this was a birthday celebration, this was not a good experience at one of our favorite restaurants.

   Service nis good, very attentive. Food is excellent, never failed me. Keep up the good job.

   So firstly their happy hour would seem nice and budget friendly but for the things you get for the price are not not great in quality and quantity. So this review is basically towards the happy hour menu they have. The Rhino draft 12oz is worst beer I have had. It's sour and leaves a very unpleasant taste in your mouth. The margherita pizza crust was soggy and and there was very less cheese on it. The biggest joke was their $5 taco. When the server bought the 3 mini tacos in one plate I thought that's what u get in a plate. But I was so wrong. It's just 1 mini taco for $5 which will finish in 2 bites. How are all these items on their Happy Hour Menu gonna make you "Happy". My friend ordered the double Moscow mule and it was still not at all strong. To be honest, it was my worst birthday outing experience ever. Now comes down to the service to be the saving grace. Apart from our server Nicole was friendly, the service was extremely slow. We sat there for about 2hrs 15 mins and in that much time could be only served 2 round of drinks. For the first 20 mins after giving the order no food or drinks were served, food came after 30 mins or so. May be the place was busy but that's not an excuse to serve drinks after 20 mins. We were seating with empty glasses for good 15 mins between drinks before we could order 2nd round of drinks from the regular drinks menu as Happy Hour menu was disappointing. Would never visit Earls again especially at this location at Square One. There might be good reviews for this place and most of them saying good things about the Happy Hour menu and times but if you are willing to spend a little more to have a lot better experience then don't look at those good reviews.

   Always check the bill. There was an extra charge in our bill. They rectified after we checked it.

   My daughter and I have been going to Earl's for many years. On our last visit we were very disappointed that they had changed the recipe of their Tuna Poke bowl. Because of that it tasted awful, too much mayo and overpowering to the overall taste of the dish. There was no texture to the dish bec they had also changed the type of rice.

    I had another great experience at Earl's. The service was incredible, and they allowed us to stay and chatted even through it was extremely busy on Saturday night. I truly appreciate the ambiance at Earl's even, the various food choices and the hostess was very friendly and ensured she kept checking in even though she was the server of a lot of tables. Thanks, Earl's, for another successful celebration event held for a dear friend who recently got a job. It is truly my restaurant of choice.
