   Our server’s name was Raj. Not attentive and seemed rushing when we were ordering, never returned once to check on us and just never returned all together. We had to flag down three other people to get our bill and still no to go containers. Ridiculous location, I won’t return again. The new menu is good so I would opt for a different location as the service here needs a lot of work.

   Service could be been better if you’re going to straight up opt in customers for 18% minimum tip. He came once to check, ordered 3 desserts(cheesecakes)for takeout after paying for the sit down dinner, which took over 15 mins so we just took off. Some small diners have better service tbh.

   Earls always has many menu options to choose from. When reserving, I requested a 'quiet' area, and this request was granted. "Quiet" at Earls, of course, is subjective. Our waiter Kunal was attentive and patient. He clarified orders before leaving the table.  The salads we ordered were fresh with just the right amount of dressing. I always enjoy Earls at every location I've attended. Before leaving, the Manager came to ask if we were celebrating anything - I thought that was a nice touch!

   Great food. Good variety of menu items. We ordered the poke bowl, roast beef sandwich, mushroom and kale pizza were all tasty. Crabcale appetizer was enough to share for two. Great ambiance, but luck would have it, two louder tables were close by. Still, would return for the food.

   Earl's never disappoints! I love the blackened chicken and my friend loved his steak it was cooked to perfection. Shanice was an excellent attentive server.

   Calamari and the yam apetizers were excellent. The parmesan fries were not hot enough, slightly on the cooler side. All medium-rare stakes were more rare, mine was oozing blood. Still nice and tasty, so did not made any fuss about it. The person at the front was visibly under stress, the restaurant was full and they looked understaffed. She was trying to do her best but was just running around trying to fit everyone in.

    Went for happy hour with a friend. Food is amazing as always however I felt rush my our server. It was happy hour so I didn’t expect to be rushed and be pushy if we were ordering more. We decided to skip dessert and walk around instead.
