   We asked several times to please turn up the heat. The wind blows in from the Windows. People were wearing either their coat or a scarf - was chilly in the bar section. I noticed my portion was much smaller than before, but still very delicious! Hopefully they will turn up the heat for my next dining experience especially on very cold days.

   Food and server was great but the food took very long to come out so we didn’t have time for coffee and dessert

   Out for lunch with a friend…excellent food! We had the supli, fried calamari, kale salad, pasta bolognese and baccalà; delicious! Highly recommend

   Food was not hot but warm. There was not enough sauce in my pasta . I have been to eataly five times and never had a bad meal until today. On the positive side the butternut soup was delicious.

   Food was slow to arrive and came delayed. 1st to plates arrived 5mins or more before last 2 plates.

   It’s really hit and miss with this restaurant. We were there last week and I ordered the fettuccini Alfredo that is cooked at the table. It was creamy and warm. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience last night. The pasta was undercooked , crunchy and it was cold! The sauce was cold and solid as if it was leftover cold food. It was really bad! Tasted a little bitter too. I didn’t want to complain and ruin the night for everyone. It was the worst fettuccine Alfredo I have ever had.

   Lunch special was a fair price with a variety of food options. Attentive service and great atmosphere. Loved it and will definitely come back

   Food was good but service was painfully slow. Slow to take our orders, slow to get our food, missed entering one of our items and slow to get that, slow to clear the table and slow to get our bill. Sherway and Bloor St. locations are much better.

   Service and ambiance were very good. Food was OK. When we arrived we were told we had 75 minutes to finish our lunch?? We made the reservation in advance and were planning to have a good time not to rush our lunch. After a while the hostess told us we could stay longer if we moved to another table in the corner. This was OK but the whole experience was ruined when we were told first thing when we had to leave. Service saved the day.

    We sat in the back near the kitchen, and the ambience was nonexistent. It was a bit sterile and very loud because there were young kids running around and no one said or did anything! I certainly wouldn't rush back to this location. Nothing like the downtown Eataly
