    We had a fantastic time at Eataly Don Mills. The food was great, our waiter was wonderful and the manager comped us our desserts since we were celebrating a graduation. Would definitely go again.

    Slow service for Sunday night , food was cold and took a long time to order and get food. The meal was filling with one main per person and shareables. We might try again another night, but the pasta dishes were a bit underwhelming. Hoping the pizza is better!

    The experience was mediocre. I saw staff making pizza and eating it without washing their hands afterward. My partner and I dined together; my pizza was excellent, but her food did not meet expectations. This is the second time we’ve had issues—previously, half the food was undercooked, and the tiramisu was still frozen. This time, Eataly’s tiramisu was fine, but the overall food quality still needs improvement, and better staff training is necessary.

    We had pizza and the Kale salad and they were very good. There should be more vegetarian options to add to the pizza. Eg zucchini tomatoes red peppers etc etc. more vegetarian options to be added to the menu. Maybe salmon. To add to the salads. Also I was surprised that they would not accommodate my espresso drink and add almond milk. They said they only have it at the café part. There are a lot of people out there that have allergies to milk. I will not rush back here.

    The staff was welcoming, the dinning room is spacious with a view on the street, tables are nor squeezed, food was served in time and tasted good. Will go back there 😉

    Food was very good, I ordered the pappardelle with mushrooms, I would order again, very tasty, and I ordered an afogato with hazelnut icecream and a shot of espresso for dessert That was outstanding! Ambiance was good but the noise level was loud, It was difficult to have a conversation Overall we had a good time
