    The only down side to our lunch was the $8 truffle extra - 3 grams - the truffle was stale and I doubt that we got more than 1 gram - 4 meagre shavings - The rest of the meal was excellent.

    Of the four of us who had lunch at Eataly, three of us ordered from the quick lunch menu. Our server did warn us that some of the items might arrive at different times and he was correct. The soups were delivered before my Supli appetizer. Two main courses were delivered about 5 minutes before the two pizzas arrived. It wasn't optimal if you wanted to start your meal at the same time. I would try ordering from the main menu next time to see if the same issues would appear. Otherwise everything was very very good.

    This is the first time I have been disappointed by this restaurant. The service was terrible, the waitress's attitude was terrible. I didn't get a single bite that I ordered because the waitress didn't realize that the focaccia was gone.

    They are advertising that kids eat free. But first of all, it’s only free if you ask. And not everything on the menu is completely free. Either advertise it properly, or just don’t do it.

    After a few minutes of wait, my party of 4 was led to our table... FOOD Calamari fritti e zucchine Lasagne Emiliane** Spatzle con speck e funghi Prosciutto e rucola pizza Funghi e tartufo pizza** Food came in random order, but overall delicious and seasoned just right. Our faves were lasagne and mushroom pizza, would definitely order again! Luca, our server was attentive and routinely checked on us.

    Great for a get together of old friends or for a quiet couple's meal, like the table beside us. Food and service were top-notch. A great choice in the west end!

    Our waiter was rushed off his feet, the service was slow , and he really had no interest in making our lunch a positive experience. The lasagna served was burnt and had a bitter taste, the waiter never came by to ask about the taste of the food until we were having our last bite. We have eaten at multiple Eataly locations but this not one of good experiences which we have had in the past. If you can’t hire sufficient wait staff, you should not fill the restaurant to capacity. It will be a long time before I return to this restaurant.
