   From the moment we walked in at Eataly Ristorante at Sherway Gardens, everything about this restaurant was exceptional. The service was outstanding. Our server was knowledgeable and passionate about the menu. Every recommendation they made was spot-on. The food was exceptional. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. From the appetizers to the desserts. We celebrated our little daughter's birthday, and she had a wonderful time. Whether you're celebrating something special or just want to treat yourself, this restaurant is a must-visit. We'll be coming back!

   The service was not so good. It was my Son’s birthday and they didn’t even wish him a happy birthday. The food was delicious.

   We have to wait for 15 minutes though we had our reservation. It was very nosy there. Waiter was loud, didn’t pay attention and made mistakes in our order, one person didn’t get his order and had to wait for extra 30 minutes and eat after everyone had already finished.

   Honestly, sure the food is good, but you can find some equally amazing Italian food at many places. The only reason we gave eatly Sherway 3 try’s is because it’s in the mall, so it’s convenient. Each time my pizza took 25+ minutes after everyone got their pastas (mains). Service is “nice”.. like closer to when the bill is about to arrive. Each time of the pizza delay was dealt with “oh the manager will come speak to you”… but a manager never came. We will not be returning!

   Food and service were really very good. Our server was delightful and efficient. We were seated in the back corner looking out over the room - so much quieter than being in the middle. The restaurant is always busy and lively.
