   Everytime we go Eataly, we see a different menu. We tried to order bread and appetizers but i was told that they were unavailable because they were busy in the afternoon. Our server was amazing. She tried to help us with the new menu trying to figure out which food is available. I think this was our last time.

   Will not be returning to this restaurant. To be candid, it was a one and done kind of experience. The servers were courteous and paid attention to detail but that was about it. My Gnocchi Al Pesto was good but the portion size did not justify the price and my girlfriend noted that her Fettucine Alfredo dish arrived cold but she was too timid to say anything. In short, the menu is lacklustre and is grossly overpriced. Go somewhere else if you can.

   The hostess at the front desk is never very friendly. We’ve had multiple instances where they just seem aloof and a little rude. I want to like this restaurant I really do, but they have consistent issues with timing of the courses coming out. The main courses came before the salads,  when we seemed displeased by this, they proceeded to put the main courses under heat lamps, which is not really a solution that I think diners would enjoy. Ultimately we ended up taking the main courses and just picking atbthe salad. We decided to cut the evening short and not bother with dessert. A disappointing experience.

   This has been my 4th time coming to Eataly and the food was excellent, the service excellent!!! I love eating at Eataly!! Maria Valentina our server was amazing! I will be back!!

   Your portion sizes are a little bit too small, particularly for the pastas. Pasta is not that expensive to either make or buy so you could add a few more gams to each serving. The appetizers were also very small. To give only three small suppli for $ 15.00 is s bit much as far as I'm concerned. I think you could easily give 5 and still be okay. I will still continue to come to Eataly but I will be careful what I choose from the menu. The food is very good and it is authentic Italian as it gets. Thank you

   The service was quite slow and disorganized for a Saturday evening dinner. While my group had a reservation, it took them 10 mins to clear up the table that was intended for my party. After ordering, the food came out pretty quickly, however it was not as hot as we’d like it. We also heard a couple of the other groups sitting next to us mention the temperature of the dishes. Finally, there were quite a few instances where dishes were being dropped and broken and drinks were being spilt which partially ruined the ambience. The food was ok, with the pizza and tiramisu worth going back again.

   We had a large party for a celebration, the server seemed like she was rushing us, didn’t take drink orders and took time to clear the table. However; she was the only one working that area which didn’t seem to be fair as well as she was very busy.
