   We loved it! My daughter said the best pizza she has ever had. My mother and my plates were perfect portions. Would recommend to everyone.

   My wife and i had the Lunch Special which consisted of an appetizer and main. We ordered theFoccia Blanca to share since there is no complementry bread. It was very good = light with a sprinkling of roasted Rosemary. My wife ordered the Rice Balls - Which were EXCELLENT! I had the fried Zucchine which was very good. My wife enjoyed her Cavatelli and Broccoli very much. I especially liked the Spaghetti Pomodoro, with its fresh tomatoes. I would recommed Eataly in the Shorthills Mall to anyone who enjoys Italian food. Shout out to Asia, our server who was very helpful.

   Slow service. Sat in a high top table in the Bar area. I Felt badly for the waiter who was juggling many tables. Service was slow. I don’t think the kitchen was very efficient with their cooking. The presentation of the food was not all that aesthetically pleasing. The best thing was the dessert. The tiramisu was delicious. In short, it is definitely a “mall” restaurant. It’s great to just drop in after shopping. It’s not a go to destination.

   Good ambience and food. Service could be much better. I asked to change a glass cup that was dirty. The waiter just take one from other table and replace the dirty one there 😬

   Rude people all around. Too many instances of rudeness to fully document here. Poor service, we were brought the wrong check, we over charged by $85. I tried to call and left messages and spoke with people and nobody would help get the charge corrected.

   This will be our third time meeting there. They don’t understand restaurant dining, and the kitchen needs to understand this is not fast food. Consistently our food comes out way before our cocktails, and we are literally putting our last bite of our appetizer in our mouth and the entrée is brought to the table. I’ve brought it up to them multiple times, and they just don’t get it.

   Restaurant was extremely crowded on a Friday afternoon. Service was a bit slow, but I am sure that is because of the amount of people. Tables are very close together. I could hear the entire conversation the people next to me were having and I am sure they could hear mine as well. That being said, the food was absolutely delicious. My mom and I both got different pasta dishes and we were very impressed with the quality of the food. Prices are pretty expensive as well, but it's Short Hills, so that was no big surprise. Overall, a good experience. If the food was not so scrumptious, I probably would not go back due to the price, noise level and close seating, but the food was so good it made up for all the "cons".

    Honestly, the service is terrible here. We've eaten at Eataly's from LA to NY to Dubai and this just doesn't do it. Our server never came by once after we ordered. The food was not great. Two salads with protein so small we could barely see it and some focaccia, no drinks: $81. It's missing the Eataly charm. Feels more like a fast food version of a fantastic brand at an unreasonable premium. Too bad. We had such high hopes.
