While pizza and pasta are just the tip of the Italian iceberg, there is a reason these two culinary staples are the most beloved exports from Italy. Enjoy our seasonal selection just steps away from where our expert pasta chefs and dough-slinging pizzaioli (pizza makers) create dishes before your eyes.

I went to eat at the Eataly restaurant for the first time last night and I have a mixed review! As far as the food goes— we couldn’t try quite a few things we were interested in because they were out of quite a few things! There was no bolognese, a few other dishes, and even no Diet Coke, regular coke, or still bottled water. As far as what we did eat: the autumnal bruschetta was okay, the chicken Milanese was AMAZING (would definitely recommend), and the margherita pizza was just okay (floppy.) I also had the Paloma-ish mocktail which flavorwise was okay but I think it could’ve used bubbles and a fun garnish. Our waiter was very kind and apologetic that they were out of so many things. As far as ambiance- it was quite loud in there and also a bit cold where we were sitting. The food came out quickly. Overall, it was just okay for me but maybe I would feel differently if I would have been able to try everything!

Nice new restaurant. They are still working out some of the kinks with service and the menu and were out of several items and the service, while lovely, was a bit slow and irregular. We enjoyed the pizza and salad. Others on our table enjoyed the pasta.

Very pleasant waiter, I think they still need to work out a few things, no ice tea, no Diet Coke, would not give us club soda from the bar we had to buy a bottle.. nice large salad but minimal dressing so we asked for more which took another 15 minutes and came back with wrong dressing, so we waited another 10 minutes.. overall it was good but I'm not rushing back for awhile

This place has a lot of hype but the food and service are mediocre at best. The pizza is good but sometimes inconsistent. The pasta was okay and definitely not with the price. I think the take out area is probably better value. Not sure I will dine at this place regularly in the future.

I had high hopes for this highly rated chain in our mall as that space had a terrible expensive food court and the food was yuck. Previously was an american joes that is sorely missed. If you stick with the wine, pizza or pasta you are good here. Those are excellent but everything else is blah or mid as my kids have said. And the service, well, it's not good but that could be because it's new but the worst is replacing things without telling the patrons. And i never write reviews but this bothered me, the gave us fried chick peas instead of fried zucchini and they gave us grapefruit in my salad instead of blood orange both without telling us. Imagine if we were allergic is all i can say. Good thing i caught it because grapefruit interacts with medicine i take. In the end they did the right thing and took it off the bill however I still can't get over the fact that if one of us was allergic, it wouldn't have ended well.

First want to point out that the server shawn is great. Not his fault that the restaurant was almost out of everything. There was no focaccia bread available from the restaurant so he comped one on the house for us. The store manager though is extremely rude and the host is not knowledgeable at all. We asked if there was any table available and he said “No walks anymore” only reservation is at 9. We looked on open-table and booked the table 2 mins later for the next available one at 7:30. Table layout is horrendous too. Granted there were many available tables open.. the waiters ran in my chair multiple times. Food is absolutely not worth the price. We got the black truffle pasta and it was cold and hard. Highly do not recommend. We also got calamari and the was barely any servings in it. It was 80% fries 20% calamari. If anything just get the pizza to go from the market.

horrible service and experience. one of our entrees did not come out until at least 15 minutes after all of the other entrees. by the time it came out we said we did not want it. the manager came over towards the end of our meal and his solution was to take it off the bill which is hardly fixing any issue because we never got the dish to begin with.

Felt it was a limited menu. Overpriced and small portions. What we ordered was good, but based off the hype I expected better

The food is amazing. And the service too. They are still a little overwhelmed, I think it is because is the beginning, and everyone wants to know it. But the first time I went I could have gluten free pasta. The second and third times , I was told they are without Gluten free Pasta. I don’t know why, because they have GF pasta to sell in their market, and today I’ve checked it. I’m celiac, and is really amazing when I can experience Italian restaurants whit the right to eat pasta. I undeservedly, maybe the chef doesn’t want the extra work or extra time to cook GF pasta separately, But it really disappoints me… Today I had the caponata with burrata as a starter, the Baccalla( fresh cod fish) as main dish and Pannacota as dessert. Everything was marvelous. It was the best pannacota I had in my life. Even in Italy I never had something like that.
