   The steaks were not cooked right. Medium well is not red and bloody in the center. The rib caps were all fat. The service was excellent. The prices are low for Vegas but so is the quality of the meats. Pay more …. Get better food

   Thank you to our server stephanie and the managers in the dining room for making our anniversary dinner so special for us. We ordered the tomahawk with 2 sides and received countless sauces and everything tasted amazing. We even received a free side and dessert. Thank you so much to the echo and rig team and management you guys are amazing! We will definitely be back

   Simply put... terrible. Nothing cooked right, slow, noisy. Food was bad. What are those greasy onions. Steaks cooked wrong temperature in both directions. Wines missing from the list. Terrible. Will not be returning.

    This was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Everything was delicious and prepared perfectly, and the wine service was equally impressive. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive and very friendly. This may be my new favorite place in Las Vegas!
