   My husband and I chose to celebrate our anniversary at Echo and Rig and we had an amazing time. Started with cocktails before dinner and the bar staff was very attentive and when they found out it was our anniversary they treated us to a celebratory drink. Dinner was just as good as we expected and have experienced during other visits. The team who served us were spot on and accommodated anything we asked. They made great recommendations and answered all of our questions. We left very satisfied and have a great memory for a special occasion!

   We had a reservation and waited 10 minutes until after to be seated elbow to elbow with another couple they pulled apart a larger table and sat us next to each other because they clearly couldn’t accommodate the reservation. The table was also right next to the restroom and smelled like sewage. The food was good they cannot get down a medium cook on a steak this is my 3rd time of having to send my steak back. Otherwise their mushroom fries are to die for and our server was wonderful.

   We've been to Echo & Rig many times and they never disappoint. Their small plates are unique and full of flavor, our favorites tonight, and on most occasions, the Fire Cauliflower, the Watermelon, Tomato and Onion plate and the Brussel Sprouts. Entrees included the Filet Tenderloin and the Ahi Tuna, both cooked perfectly, and tasted great. Another great meal, experience and money well spent.

   From the no corkage fee to the Mexican expresso martini we started off very well. We had fried spinach for our salad. Wifey had swordfish and I had the American wage . Both were outstanding!

   Good tasting food, good priced Steaks. Restaurant is very noisy, echos. There were only 4 tables but we couldn’t hear each other across table.

   Server was non existent 1 drink whole dinner was never approached about anything. Steak was cooked well done when ordered medium only reason they knew because busser asked if we would like a to go box and told him was burnt. Most of food was on point. Service was so bad when they offered a free dessert I declined. I was 100 percent done will probably never be back so disappointed in service I’m still upset. And i still tipped 50 bucks on a 150 dollar meal would have been more if i could have more drinks
