   We had a fantastic experience at Eddie V’s in Boca Raton! The service was exceptional—Allison took amazing care of us throughout the evening. Cocktails were perfectly crafted, setting a great tone for the night. We were celebrating birthdays, and the staff made it feel special. As for the food: the calamari was excellent, and the burrata with beet salad was fresh and flavorful. For the entrée, we had the filet medallions Oscar style. Our only complaint was the initial serving of crabmeat, which came as a glob on top and didn’t quite meet expectations. However, they handled it promptly and professionally, bringing us fresh crabmeat that made a big difference—so much better! The shrimp stuffed with crabmeat was delicious but the shrimp could have been larger. We loved the sides crab rice and au gratin potatoes. We finished off with their banana foster for dessert, which was a perfect ending. Highly recommend, especially thanks to the attentive service and quality dishes.

   An excellent dining experience at Eddie V’s. The food choices, quality and presentation was great. Our waiter was efficient, attentive and informative. The main dining room was very comfortable and well appointed. We had a terrific night and will be back. The noise level was high because it was a full restaurant on a Saturday night. We were offered smaller rooms, but since this was our first time at Eddies, we choose to sit in the main dining room. I wasn’t disappointed. The experience was fantastic

   Vanessa was our server and was great. Food was excellent but a bit expensive. Especially the drinks and the sides.

   Eddie V’s is one of the best restaurants. Food and service is always excellent in a beautiful ambience. Our waiter Darien was excellent.

   One of the best experiences I’ve had in the last year. Wonderful hostess, excellent server, Damian, the food was exquisite. Even the drinks were exceptional. Cannot say enough great things about Eddie V’s.

   I have to say that everything was wonderful. We started sitting at the bar for drinks. Cosmo was yum and my husband enjoyed his glass of Pinot. They have live music in the lounge where the bar is located. We were then escorted to a lovely booth and welcomed with a note wishing me happy birthday. The waiter came over and brought champagne. We ordered a lettuce wedge, a rib eye steak, 2 shrimp stuffed with crabmeat and a plain baked potato. The steak was the best ever. Definitely over ordered but everything was delish including the dessert they brought for my birthday. We will definitely be back and try the happy hour food! The staff is amazing and I have to say even the manager stopped by twice to see if everything was ok. Perfect evening dinner.
