    We celebrated our Anniversary last night and we are so glad we chose Eddie V’s. Our experience was amazing. We arrived and got greeted by the friendly hosts. Every staff member was delightful and honestly made our experience so memorable and meaningful. The manager came by to check in on us and was so beyond kind. Our table had a beautiful set up inclusive of rose petals and a Happy Anniversary card. Our drinks were amazing and our food was delicious. I had the 24 Karat and my husband had the Pomegranate Mule. Their Lobster Bisque was so good. My husband enjoyed his Caesar Salad. I had the Filet Medallions Oscar Style as my entree which was so good and my husband truly enjoyed his Norwegian Salmon. Their Truffle Macaroni and Cheese was absolutely delicious. It was the best we have ever had. Of course, we ended with a delicious dessert, my favorite the Classic Crème Brûlée. We had a pleasant evening and we thank everyone at Eddie V’s for such an incredible anniversary dinner. We are already looking forward to coming back soon!

    I went for a solo birthday celebration and to enjoy my favorite dish - crab fried rice with a side of the crab stuffed shrimp. It was delicious as usual! The bartenders were kind and attentive, despite the bar being busy. As always, a great experience at Eddie Vs.

    Needless to say, the food was excellent which has always been our experience at Eddy V’s in Charlotte. Of special mention on our last visit yesterday, was the absolutely impeccable service that we received from Michael Israel. We recommend requesting to be seated at one of his tables if you ever visit. His knowledge of the menu and the care he offers his guests is at a different and aspirational level.
