Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks.               I ordered the crab cake which was outstanding, and the scallops which were delicious, but I thought they could have been a little larger

              This is our second visit to this new restaurant. This time we had a quiet booth in the bar area listening to a jazz trio for Happy hour. Our server Joy was a delight. Always asking how everything was and exceeding expectation. Highlights were the Parmesan crusted fish and the crab fried rice. The Manager Michael is also very attentive. We will return often.

              My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here we’ve been to the one in Scottsdale and loved it so we were excited that they brought it here. Terri and Julio were GREAT!! They were so accommodating great conversation and had some good recommendations. Definitely will be back.
