    Visited for my birthday celebration, food timing, temperature, and flavors were all off. Disorganized service from the host (messing up original reservation), primary server forgetting items, food runners not knowing seating and dish, 1st/2nd courses arriving together, dirty dishes remained when main course arrived. Leaving it to us to move plates around and space for food to deliver. Food lacked flavor depth, steak was dry (cooked medium), very disappointing considering I invited guests.

    My wife and I celebrated my 56th birthday, and it was our first time dining at this restaurant. We were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service, attention to detail, and outstanding quality of the food. Having visited every fine dining steakhouse in the Plano-Frisco area, we can confidently say this is the best steakhouse in the region.

    We went for my husband’s 40th birthday and it was absolutely amazing!!! He hasn’t visited a restaurant and enjoyed every single dish on the table in so long and Eddie V’s exceeded his expectations! The steak was perfectly charred and cooked and the lobster mash was divine!!! He picked up every crumb and drip of sauce that he could without actually licking the plate. That says A LOT coming from him. Will definitely be back!

    We go to this restaurant at least once a year for our anniversary. Highly recommend the Chilean Sea Bass! Service is wonderful as well.

    We had a fantastic evening celebrating my wife's birthday here. The attention to detail is amazing! Our server, Randy, was exceptional. His menu knowledge and recommendations were incredible. This will be our new go-to fine dining restaurant, as my wife and I enjoy a great meal and relaxing atmosphere. We applaud every aspect of our experience!
