Edera Italian Eatery is focused on serving simple, refined food in a more casual, come-as-you-are atmosphere. Chef Andrew Simon offers a fresh interpretation, sourcing the highest quality ingredients from Italy to Missouri. The menu features premium Neapolitan pizzas, signature pastas and premium entrees. Edera’s cuisine – featuring sauces, pastas and baked goods made fresh daily in the restaurant – are elevated enough for a special night out, while also being approachable enough for everyday fare. Concepted by the Koplar family in consultation with renowned Chef Mike Randolph, Edera has quickly become a fixture in St. Louis’s iconic Central West End neighborhood.

    The place was very fancy and well kept , presentation of the food as well as the flavors were AMAZING. The servers were really nice and patient. 10/10 would highly recommend.

    First time at Edera -- took a friend who was visiting from out of town. Nice decor and ambience. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. We followed his recommendations and wound up with some excellent entrees and wine. Edera is definitely a Central West End winner.

    The food was a bit salty. Also, Edera closed 40 minutes before the closing time and kicked us out while the tornado alarms are going off. No issues on closing given the storm, but we had nowhere else to go and kicking us out was dangerous.

    My wife and I had our Anniversary here in a Chalet. It happened to be a windy day so the Chalet were a bit rattley, but the Edera experience was so amazing that it didn't bother the two of us. Our waiter was very awesome and tended to us at the perfect times. We hope more people get to enjoy this same experience at Edera.

    This food was excellent - we had 5 moms out celebrating birthdays - we had the spaghetti bolognese, the pepperoni pizza, the margarita pizza, brisselsprouts, burrata and 2 desserts! All of it was excellent !! We will be going back. I’m a huge pizza snob and this pizza was fantastic - also, the Brussels pouts are a must try and the dessert with the cookie crust

    Our server and chalet experience were both excellent. The food was very good with creative elements added to dishes to make them unique. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely rwturn.
