Edes combines local, fresh, seasonal ingredients with passion and tradition to create a menu endlessly devoted to flavour and quality. We have a love for food for the whole experience. We believe in celebrating how powerful food can be, from the seed to the plate.
Our space is a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of the CBD, and the restaurant's overall vibe really transports you to a Mediterranean oasis with an outdoor courtyard that words can't describe.
We have a few signature dishes; however, the Pastas paired with our wines are definitely a fan favourite.

The staff we not at all interested in serving us when we sat down, I had to ask for water and menus. When we received our food it was cold.

They did not respond to my messages or know that I had a booking through open table, and when I arrived we were then told that they could not do all menus and only offer the pastas for the day. I called them more than 10 times to change booking numbers and they never answered the phone or called back.
