Our kitchen's formula is product+technique+creativity2. The results are new interpretations of everyday food, expertly engineered into modern cuisine.

edison: food+drink lab fills the gap in the dining scene for the neighborhood joint that serves polished, modern world-class food with an everyday familiarity and comfort. A daily, inventive menu that traverses the chasm between haute cuisine and comfort food, each dish will be a bit familiar, but at once modern.

We currently offer reservations in both the main dining room as well as open air dining in our courtyard. The full dinner menus are also available at our bar, which we keep available to walk-in guests.

We look forward to seeing you!

                                                  A group of eight had a comfortable and pleasant dining experience. We enjoyed the drinks and that some of them appear to be different than the usual offerings. We had a long comfortable partial/booth table combination in the back. The service was great. They were very accommodating. Everyone seemed to enjoy the food. There were different options for vegetarians and pescetarians. I think the highlight for me were the desserts. Their pastry chef is really excellent.

They seemed to be understaffed that day as our server was also mixing our drinks — but that was probably just a fluke. The prices were pretty high for what you get ($30+ for burrata starter!), but the food was creative and tasty. Would go here again because everyone was friendly and every dish was absolutely delicious.

                                                  Quiet Sunday night, restaurant was slow. However, the service and the food were not. Our waiter was helpful and knowledgeable. The cocktails were great the food even better and the desert wash mind blowing. Highly highly recommend it, a total foodie restaurant.

                                                  Wonderful dining experience. Our server Stephanie was amazing right on top of everything and providing great recommendations. Can’t rave about the oysters enough. I’ve eaten here four times and it just gets better all the time. All the food was arrived hot and the presentation was beautiful. Starters were plenty to share with our party of six. If you haven’t tried this restaurant do you will not be disappointed.
