   Have the wood fired fish, you won't regret it. An extensive wines by the glass and half bottle list.

   What a gem! We enjoyed every dish! You MUST try the crispy pork ribs! Finish off with the sugar crusted butter cake and you’re in heaven.

   Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience. The cocktails were mixed perfectly. My wife’s lamb dish was remarkable. Our waitress Sharon provided excellent service. The only issue we had was when my wife ordered salt and hot sauce for their fried oyster appetizer. She wanted to balance out the sweetness in the dish The manager then came over to ask her how she liked it, so she answered truthfully, which resulted in a very condescending manner from the manager, who basically proceeded to tell her it was her and not there dish. Not the right way to handle it -No one deserves to be spoken down to and that manner. Nor should anyone take feedback personally, especially when the critique was explicitly sought out in the first place.

   Allegra was an excellent server-very personable and enthusiastic about the menu and chef. We already made return reservations. The only constructive criticism we have is that it’s too dark. Small lamps on each table would make it perfect.

   Had a very strange experience dining here. We called ahead and let them know about dietary restrictions, but our server was not informed about them beforehand. Service was incredibly slow, it took over an hour for the first course to come out. They kept bringing out dishes and taking them away immediately because dietary restrictions were not met. The food was fine and the drinks were good. It might have been a bad night, but at this price tag you are paying for the service and they did not deliver.

   Sarah and Hunter provided excellent service and recommendations. Craft cocktails were creative and unique. Wine pairings with both starters and entrees were spot on. We had the Vanilla Bean Ganache for dessert which was fun and great for sharing.

   Edison labs is my favorite restaurant. Not only Tampa but even compared with restaurants I’ve visited in other cities. Flavors are perfectly blended. Almost like dishes were actually created in lab. I would strongly recommend this restaurant

   Amazing spot with exquisite cuisine. Drinks are to die for and variety of craft beers. You feel like you stepped into the NYC restaurant

    I love the passion and creativity of the culinary and beverage teams here. The flavor and texture combinations they come up with are brilliant and result in sublime dishes and cocktails. The wood-grilled BBQ mahi with yucca and charred okra was outstanding. The BBQ sauce was deeply flavored with no one flavor popping out - perfectly balanced. The seared Ahi tuna with green papaya salad starter was absolutely brilliant - spicy and sweet and just awesome. This is one of Tampa's very best restaurants.
