   RUN do not walk - This place is a MUST TRY!!! AMAZING food ….if you are going to pay the amount it cost to eat out then go here where the food is not only real food, that is unique and something you haven’t tried before , but also an experience that can’t be matched !!! Staff is very helpful with the menu and is on their game!!! This place is managed beautifully!!!! All around good vibes !!!!!

   We had a very nice evening at El Carlos! The food was super. Our server Iliana was exceptional. The atmosphere / ambiance is very pleasing. We will be back!

   I absolutely love the Eleganté experience anybody that comes in town. I bring them to your restaurant and they absolutely fall in love with the food.

   We had the “Elegante Experience” and everything was delicious! The intentionality behind each item, rich flavors, tasty cocktails, and excellent service made this a fantastic evening for us and we can’t wait to come back!

   When we made the reservation, they did not tell us we would be sitting outside in an open air patio with no roof in 60-degree weather. With no heat. In Texas, this is too cold to eat outside without heaters. Our food was cold within minutes of being served. I mentioned it to the staff and they said they don't close the roof until it gets colder. They said they'd turn on the heat, but it did not happen. There was a cold wind on our table the entire meal. Most dishes were greasy meat dishes with little flavor. And the appetizers come with too many instructions from the waiter - "They're on a banana leaf. Pick them up with the banana leaf. But do not eat the banana leaf. But do not leave the banana leaf on the tray of shells they are served in." Why do 1-bite appetizers come with so many instructions about what NOT to do? I left cold, exhausted, and irritated. I would have left before the meal, but I was entertaining guests for work.

   Food was okay. Service was outstanding overwhelming at times not allowing for my wife and I to engage on conversations. Menu needs tweaking to make it more conducive to customers experience and expectations.

    Always a wonderful experience! Service is impeccable! All the staff are sincerely engaged and eager to make your visit perfect. Food is unbelievably at its best.
