   Just like El Cholo in LA. Service was great. Food was fantastic. Still thrilled to have my favorite Mexican restaurant from LA in Salt Lake.

   Enjoyed El Cholo. Chips and salsa are some of ours favorite. The food we all had was good, though came out somewhat slower than expected. We enjoyed the restaurant, though we wish it would be closer to us in Utah County. Hope there is one there in the future. We will be back!

   Our server, Rocky, had a great personality! And the manager was awesome, though I didn't catch her name. She helped me find the name of the company that makes the gorgeous mugs they use for their tableside hot chocolate and I've got my own set ordered! We enjoyed our 2nd visit almost as much as our first (the first time is always a little hard to top, isn't it?) - we really liked the upstairs ambiance the first time we visited but it wasn't open on our 2nd visit. I think the first floor gets a little louder and hearing-challenges were a bit more noticable. We WILL be back and can't wait for Green Corn Tamales this summer!!

   Really good food. We have been here a number of times; I also grew up in Southern California and my family used to frequent El Cholo for years. Their high quality has never changed.

    Food was good. Could have been warmer . The food was lukewarm and same with Hot Chocolate. The Hot Chocolate however was amazing! It’s made table side .
