   The absolute best salmon and filet mignon we’ve ever had. The shrimp pepper pot was incredible! We’ll be back!

   El Chorro is definitely one of the finest restaurants in Scottsdale. The food a service is exceptional. Everything we ordered was perfectly prepared and the presentation was world class. The only criticism is of price but when you are selecting a gourmet restaurant that is probably to be expected.

   3 of us at noon... meals were a long time coming, we cut them some slack as it was a Sunday. mother-in-law ordered eggs Benedict with salmon and a side of fruit... when the meals were delivered she got her fruit only...and no eggs. Server said there were no eggs on his ticket. Had find our waiter and explain. He said yes, he put them on the initial order and he would go look. We told him if it's sitting there and just not delivered then bring it out otherwise cancel it because we don't want to wait. Eggs Benedict was delivered approximately 5 minutes later... In the interim, my wife had started on her breakfast and her crispy fried potatoes were ice cold... had to find the waiter again and have him bring another side. Another 5 to 10 minute wait for those... once those were delivered mother-in-law realized that the eggs Benedict they brought was with ham and not salmon as ordered. We advised the waiter of this mistake and just told him to forget it and take it off the bill, we couldn't wait for them to correct the order again. Additionally there was a large table of approximately 20 unsupervised "tweeners" having a birthday party... screaming in their high-pitched voices as if they had all learned they'd received Taylor Swift tickets... extremely loud...no parents to be found, made it impossible to enjoy a nice Sunday brunch w family. Parents had apparently dropped them all off and left them on their own as we saw the parents arriving later picking them up... somebody from the restaurant should have taken charge & let these girls know that they were in a public place & needed to calm down. We noticed 2 other tables around us sending meals back as well so obviously something going on today...regardless it was a special day for brunch for the family that left a bad taste in our mouth (no pun intended) and we'll probably look for other Sunday brunch location next time.

   Great outdoor brunch on the outdoor patio which is heated w/ fireplaces and shaded w/ umbrellas and large trees.

   Aylene was attentive. El chorro salad excellent. Wedge salad and beef stroganoff good and big enough for two. Shrimp hot pot way too salty, barely warm. Dined on patio under heaters and watched the sunset.
