   First of all sun was directly in our faces , nothing on the window to help with that . Appetizers came almost at the same time as main , drinks were half filled glasses . And they were already pre made drinks at that . Soda was flat . Food was mediocre not that great . My daughter ordered enchiladas and they came out as just chicken pieces on a plate we had to send back. Added gratuity was insane $170 for a $400 bill . We won’t be going there again . Also they promised to do a birthday celebration song for my father who turned 79 . No one ever came by table after we requested to do before we left .

   Took my husband to El Don Cocina & Cantina and they did not disappoint! The food was next level and drinks were great. Definitely recommend.

   We were seated almost an hour after our reservation. Once we arrived at our table, the waitress didn't provide us with menus. Our food arrived well over an hour after we ordered. The food was great.

   Delicious food and great service. Music was fantastic and just made the experience that much more enjoyable. I was told about El Don from a teacher I work with. So worth going!!

   Our 2nd time here. It was still good but our food came out lukewarm and the black beans were bland. I mentioned it to our waiter and he offered to warm it up. He brought us the most delicious desert. Hot chocolate cake with yummy ice cream. It is quite pricey, but portions are large so very shareable. The drinks are excellent, that’s what added to the overall cost.

   We booked our anniversary dinner here, checked in early and they seated us 10 minutes later than our scheduled time. Another couple with the same reservation time but arrived after us were seated before us even after we said we were there first. We were seated and told that they were already out of the Carmel flan we were supposed to have with our meal. They said they would give us a lava cake instead, but at the end when we asked for the bill they said they had NO dessert for us. The tortillas brought out were cold, then the chicken dish we got also came out in a skillet but wasn’t hot enough. the service was lacking, we weren’t brought napkins or waters. We were looking forward to the reservation but disappointed.

    The experience was great did make reservations and was seated 15min later after my reservation so I’m not sure on why make a reservation. Waiter was overwhelmed she was great but had multiple tables and only took our drink order and took her 10min to tell us the drinks where on its way then came back after 15min and offer water left and still didn’t take our order. We basically stayed for 2 hours kinda made sense on why seating was taking forever .. Food was great just expected it to be more Spicy since I got the mole enchiladas and my friends got the enchiladas verdes also a must when you get the queso fundido.. Will try it again won’t let one experience ruined it.
