   This is a very local restaurant, and some of my lower rankings may be a reflection of my lack of knowledge of local Spanish restaurants. The food was nice, but did not wow me. The toppings for the bread definitely appeared to be scooped on plates and stored in the fridge for the next customer, and it tasted like it. Moreover, the bread was really not fresh. I liked the Cachopo de ternera (honestly, I had to translate this before entering the restaurant, highlighting the restaurant’s local character). What got me really was service. I waited at the front until directed to find a table myself, and then was moved by the server to another table. He never provided me a fork until asked and never a napkin. Recognizing that I was not Spanish (my country of origin shouldn’t matter), he didn’t offer to help me understand the cuisine and the customs of Spain. Given this, I will not likely visit this restaurant again during my business trip.
