   The food was delicious. I appreciate the vegan menu item with lentils rice and avocado. I tried the yuca gratin. It was delicious. The entertainment was fantastic.

   After anticipating to visit this place, I finally went and was extremely disappointed. The server did not even bring us water or our drinks for so long that another server kept coming to ask if we were ok and brought us water. Food took over an hour (simple rice and chicken). She brought us beef empanadas although I told her we only eat chicken. So our appetizers came out AFTER our food. The food was sub par. Drinks were ok. Definitely not worth the money. Maybe it is better to go for drinks when the entertainment is there, very nice ambience. Terrible first impression.

   El Puro blew me away. I came for the tres leches pancakes (which were just as indulgent and delicious as they sound), but the real surprise hit was the potatoes — crispy, perfectly seasoned, and somehow stole the whole show. The vibe of the place is super cool with a vintage Cuban feel, and the staff made us feel right at home. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to — next time, I’m ordering double potatoes.
