    Indulge in continuous table-side service of the finest grilled meats, by charcoal grill rodizio style. Using your sliders to control the flow, so that you can enjoy at your own pace. Turn to green and our passadores (meat chefs) will bring out skewers of freshly prepared meats one by one. Slide to red to indicate a resting point. Our meat is usually served medium-rare to medium, though we are happy to serve all our cuts to your preferred taste.     The main issue with el Santo was service. Having to constantly ask for things like having to ask for water and menus. Food was expensive and small portions. Not enough waiting staff until it busy. one male was passive aggressive when putting the water down we asked for when first arrived. The male waiter had grind group that arrived and made sure they got good service. That group also got two waiter's to come over and check how there food and drinks were, which didn't happen for us. Also the man at first door wasn't very good or welcoming.

    Initially I felt the service was slow, we sat for 15 minutes before we were served a drink. I was prepared to leave at that point however more staff appeared on the restaurant floor and we were served our drinks with an apology for the delay. The food was flavoursome and served by friendly engaging staff. We opted for the festive taster menu, lots of delicious and different flavours which my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed. Despite the initial poor start the rest of the meal & service made up for it.

    Hard review to write as the staff was so nice but the food took ages to arrive and the restaurant wasn't that busy. Also they messed a couple of orders , but staff was apologetic and super nice

    We had a party of 6 out for Christmas dinner and drinks. We have a really high pressure work environment and were looking forward to a fun night - have to feed back that the staff made this the best night we’ve had in years. Have to mention grace, our server who was just wonderful and so professional. The band, dancers and bar staff were amazing, and tolerant of a boisterous group. Lovely welcome from the doorman set the tone. Food was fab, so thanks everyone working last Saturday. Made our night.

    We arrived early for our booking and it wasn't an issue.....shown to a lovely booth with lots of room for 2......staff were very attentive, cocktails were amazing. Definitely a 5 star⭐

    The food here is always amazing and, while it's not the cheapest, it's worth it for the atmosphere and the margaritas! The service was a bit down on what I've usually expected in that we were waiting a bit before anyone acknowledged and seated us and there were times when our glasses were empty and no-one came to offer us a top up which is unusual. Otherwise it was a great lunch!
