   It was a very nice 80s themed diner. Unfortunately the wait to be seated and to get our food and drinks was bit long but that was due to an event happening at the same time. That would be my only reasons as to why it didn't get all 5 stars. The atmosphere and servers were extremely nice I due recommend it when it's less busy and loud

   Amazing atmosphere and service. Food was great but pricey. Went to the Lester Block location in Hamilton ON.

   We had a beautiful brunch with Santa. He was so sweet and the food was amazing. I had the sticky chicken and waffles and they were excellent. My 6 year old had the grown up rainbow waffles and devoured the whole plate.

   One of the worst dining experiences, from the beginning (reservations), to the end (this review). First, could not book reservations over the phone, then had to give my credit card to reserve online, thus would be charged (per person) if not all people showed (a first for me). Then had to verify by email, and by text, that I was still coming. Atmosphere and food was good, however service was poor. Daughter was celebrating birthday that evening, so pre-ordered a birthday cake for the dinner. Website was not very clear of which email to send to; my first guess was obviously wrong, as they did not get back to me. Second email worked, however they did not provide image of cake, would not personalize it, and not sure if it would even come with candles. They DID confirm that they got my order. Come cake time, you guessed it, NO CAKE. Imagine celebrating a birthday at a restaurant, all ready expensive as it is, and then be told that they have no cake for you. Essentially the one item every birthday needs. Perhaps this is my fault, as I did not send them a follow-up email and text to confirm that they were going to have a cake for my daughter (sarcasm). What took the cake however (sorry the pun) is that didn't even offer (at least) my daughter's desert for free. However did offer a more expensive brownie cake. Needless to say I would not recommend this restaurant just from the customer service experience alone. As a restaurant server for over ten years, I thought I had seen everything, I was wrong. Important to note: I had to wait awhile to write this review, as to not write out of spite. Then to top it off, to write this review I had to verify that this is me twice, as I was sent a two verification codes, once again by email and text (this was also a first). Unfortunately I was not at the dinner, otherwise I would have dealt with this in person, however even more unfortunate, the birthday girl had to deal with this disappointment directly.

    My friends and I were going to an 80s concert that night and dressed up in 80s style so the diner was an obvious fit. Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere, food was excellent and our waitress was gracious enough to take a picture of our group in our outfits. Definitely coming back!
