Glamorous dining. The food is outstandingly creative and perfectly done. A very busy place, but you do not feel it, the staff cares for you and lets you dine at your pace. The bar is hopping, the bartenders are also creative and can fulfill all sorts of cravings.

Third year going to Element Steak & Seafood for Thanksgiving dinner. Started with happy hour at the bar, Trey was the BEST bartender and was SUPER busy but handling everyone promptly. Trey makes the best drinks! Seating for dinner was on time and we were waited on promptly. Wine selection was stellar, we both chose the traditional Thanksgiving diner. Very good and had so much food we brought home the leftovers for another full meal. Portions are really big at Element! Can't wait to go again next year, but I'm sure we will be back during the year for dinner a few times. Love their outside space on a warm evening! One thing to note, we have been going to Element for 4 years and there is VERY LITTLE turnover in staff. The staff is well trained, pleasant, hard working and they all pitch in to help wherever it is busy, including setting tables, bussing, filling water, helping at the bar, serving food. You are well pampered.

Excellent food and service on Thanksgiving and we will definitely return. Those Brussel sprouts! Tired of disappointing steakhouses in Venice and The Banyon House needs to visit The Element to see how a well run kitchen = a well run house.

We were looking forward to trying this restaurant but it fell a little short. The food was fantastic. We started with a wedge salad which was great, I had the seared sea scallops and the husband had the black grouper and they were both fabulous!! The service was very lacking by our waitress but I’m chalking it up to the holiday. My mother always said not to go out to dinner on a holiday but I didn’t listen. We will go back to this restaurant because of the food but I’ll make sure not to have that waitress. Do give it a try for the food!

The waitress was nice but the service was very slow. It was Thanksgiving and the turkey dinner was not very good. The turkey meat was very salty and tasted as though it was processed turkey.

I have eaten here multiple times and always had good food. Thanksgiving dinner was NOT good. Salty turkey undercooked root vegetables (too hard to even cut) and sausage dressing with large chunks of sausage that totally overpowered the stuffing recipe. My boyfriend’s sweet potato yams had a hard uncooked chunk in the middle. It was a big let down and I will not go back next thanksgiving. Veronica our server was wonderful .

Service good, atmosphere good, Happy hour drinks a great bargain & also good. Soup lukewarm, creme brulee mediocre. Happy hour Tapas menu could for sure have one or two additions on it. Gruyere fondue did not taste much like Gruyere. Had a nice visit overall.
