   Valentine's Day menu was okay, just a slight variation from the regular menu, which was also available. Lobster Bisque was disappointing, no Lobster in the Bisque, had to pull claw meat out of shell with no pick available and then cut up claw to place in the Bisque base. Too messy. Not worth the effort. Service is always great.

   We had the halibut and ribeye. Both meals were delicious. Our waitress was great. No complaints.

   Food and service was great. The ambience could be enhanced with lower evening lighting that allows for the runway lighting to be more prominent. Seems like a missed opportunity.

   The food is always amazing at Elevation 89! It has a cool atmosphere ! It is located inside the Ocala Airport. You catch a sunset or watch planes land and take off! The service is amazing ! They go above and beyond for their customers!

    We love Elevation, but today was a little disappointing. It took almost an hour to have our order taken...and this happened after I walked to the bar and asked for it. Food was warm, like it was there for a while 😡
