   Our very first visit after seeing it on some you tube foodie shows. Made reservations 2 days ahead for9:00 am. Showed up 10 minutes early but it was not busy at all so we were seated immediately. Although there were maybe 3-4 others there we were given a table as requested on the reservation right next to an exit door, next to a couple with a stroller and right across the waitress station. There were many other tables available so why the crunch? Food was lukewarm and average. Mushroom ragout was too salty. We tried a bit of everything. This is not a place that puts out a lot of food so if you are looking for a bountiful display, you won’t find it here. Cold shrimp cocktail was presented in like a 10 iz cereal bowl . Chafing dishes were sectioned into 2 compartments. Prime rib meat station had thinly sliced pieces precut and laying on the board so it was kinda fried out. You could ask for a slice to be cut for you but with the whole buffet kinda disappointing we just took pre cut slice and ate that. Overall the food was kinda dried out ( catch of the day, roast meat, hoisin chicken) . The whole selection was adequate. Service was good. But we were really disappointed in our seating at the last seat crammed next to a wall and a couple with a baby and stroller next to us even though the restaurant at that time was nearly empty. I don’t believe we will be back although we had looked forward to this and dressed nicely.

   Enjoyed delicious food & value. Our waitress was friendly & efficient, she even got us a tray of miniatures cheese cakes with different flavors. Presention was beautiful.

   Service was exceptional but the food was rather lackluster. This was our first time eating here and we had high expectations after hearing such wonderful things about this place. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for our 6 year anniversary to a spectacular night of drinks and food. I was so sure this was the place since all the food items were spot on to what we always order. We ordered 3 different plates and each one was more disappointing than the last. I was hoping the quality of our food was poor due to having a new chef but I was told the chef had been employed there for two months so it wasn't the case.

   We've attended and enjoyed the Brunch Buffet at Eleven several times in different seasons and brought out of town guests for the Christmas Eve brunch, but we were disappointed with this visit today and will not be returning. Everything was very underwhelming and I felt bad that we brought our guests here. The menu listed Fuyu Persimmon & Dried Dates and that was not at the buffet. The Fresh Fruit Medley (assorted tropical fruit, melons, berries, mint syrup) has been one of my favorite parts of the buffet when we've attended before, but it did not consist of any tropical fruit today; it was simply cantaloupe and melons with a few berries on top (but only if you were one of the first people after they brought out a new batch). The Dry-Fried Green Beans were very dry and overcooked; the Orange Glazed Roasted Chicken and Rosemary & Garlic Crusted Striploin Roast did not taste good and both were also dry. The Seafood Bisque was runny and very liquidy - not thick like what a bisque should be. One of our guests has a big sweet tooth and loves desserts and sweet pastries; she did not like the french toast and thought all the pastries and desserts were just OK. I thought they could have been better quality and not just something you'd find at a free continental breakfast at a hotel chain. They sounded great in their descriptions and presentation, but lacked in taste and texture. The best thing I had was the chicken apple sausage and I could've just heated that up on my own with store bought ones. Service was great and attentive, but the food was not there today. Perhaps we got the leftover bits and pieces of things since they will be closed tomorrow for Christmas? Not sure, but it's been way better in the past.

   We really enjoyed our visit. Bacon candy was amazing Hamachi was also The beef brioche seemed a miss. It was 98% brioche and 2%beef. Could barely tell there was any beef at all. The only other thing is the empty plates cluttered our space ( at the bar) and we're not removed until we paying the bill. Towards the end of the visit we felt like we were left hanging. The waitress finally came over and gave us a water refill and took care of the bill for us. Again over all we had a great time. Everyone was friendly. Just a couple small things that could be easily managed.

   Actually, 4.6 if there were 1/2 point; food was really good, service excellent; our seating was okay but not real comfortable for eating (booths vs tables); excellent coffee and drinks; staff were friendly and efficient; we will return on our next visit to Oahu (from Hilo). Good price for brunch.

   Food was excellent!…wonderful selection and everything was delicious!! We had the lunch buffet and everything was so tasty! Staff were personable and quick to remove plates and refill our tea/coffee plus quick to offer you everything you need but allowed you to enjoy the experience. Everything was a positive…we will be back!

    The hostess was missing and the bar tenders/servers just ignored us at the door for 15 minutes before we finally got seated. They definitely prioritize the “aesthetic” of the drink over the actual taste and quality of ingredients. Food was just small bites and overpriced. Would not recommend for cocktail lovers.
