Located at the luxurious HALL Arts Hotel in the Dallas Arts District, the award-winning Ellie’s Restaurant & Lounge is inspired by dining traditions that harmoniously balance an art-filled, modern aesthetic with great food and genuine hospitality at every table.

A business chic dress code is recommended for evening service to ensure an upscale guest experience. We respectfully ask that gentlemen wear shirts with sleeves and long pants.

Join us for Happy Hour from 4-6pm Monday through Friday for 50% off featured wines, beer, and highball cocktails, and enjoy featured shareables.

Enjoy live music every Thursday from 5-8pm, Friday from 6-10pm for Duos or 7-11pm for solos, and Saturday night from 6:30-10pm for an elegant, artful dining experience. Jazz Brunch is every Sunday from 11am-2pm

Overall, my experience was rather mediocre. I had anticipated enjoying the brunch menu, so it was disappointing that my reservation did not include it. I look forward to sampling the brunch during my next visit.

We love Ellie’s for brunch and now for dinner, too. The restaurant is so convenient if you are going to a show at AT&T. Parking is convenient, but the best part of the experience is the food. The jalapeño corn fritters are amazing. We love the hummus appetizer, too. We always save room for the bread pudding. We will be back.

Beautiful restaurant. We just picked it because it was close to the opera. The restaurant is light, airy, modern, chic and comfortable. In a hotel. We dined near the bar. There was a sports channel tv on, but no audio. So that was okay. We were seated immediately although we were early for our res. First server with a very short memory was replaced immediately after order. Ours was a light order and we were told the tortilla soup was not ready. So that was served later. Salads were very nice. Colorful with a mixture of items. Would definitely go back. Beautiful restaurant

Ellies was a disappointment. The service was slow -- but nice people. Service was probably bad because they were very understaffed for a Saturday night. My husband thought the food was very mediocre and overpriced. I thought my pasta selection was good and reasonably priced. Because they advertised live jazz music , we expected more of a cabaret vibe. The noise and echo was so distracting that we could barely hear (or see) musicians. We wont return...
