   Food was good but the service was beyond poor. Every table struggling to get food, silverware and service.

   I visited Ellie's today for a weekend birthday celebration with friends and I had an awesome time! All of our wait staff were awesome and very attentive, even escorting to the restroom, since I had never dined at Ellie's before. The skyline view of the Arts District, makes your dining experience an extra plus. After brunch, the hotel concierge did not hesitate to give us a tour of the hotel rooms and rooftop heated pool, The artwork is just breathtaking, and Ellie's invite you to draw your own art in little journals that they keep. Thank you Elle's for making my birthday brunch an awesome experience!

   Great atmosphere and friendly service. We were never brought the app we ordered, and when we mentioned it , it was shrugged off… the food was good.. the crossiant was a little overdone. It wasn’t busy, but they stopped bringing us water after a while… very good and we will come back for the location and ambiance!

   I celebrated my birthday with my family here and it was an outstanding experience! We received complimentary champagne and got to listen to live jazz! It was truly a beautiful Friday night with delicious cocktails and appetizers.

   The last few times I have visited the service is poor. The restaurant is beautiful, food is great, but the host is either not there to greet you, or makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. The servers are very slow, you have to ask for re-fills and this last time they brought our side dish after we finished the main course. The servers seem very shy and like they want as little contact with you as possible. Its a shame as the valet and hotel staff are amazing, Amd its so convenient for when you are seeing a show. Unfortunately, we will start visiting the Pub or La Stella now instead as Ellies just cannot deliver on the service side.

   Definitely overpriced for the portion size & quality of food. Just wasn’t well seasoned. Service was ok, my 1st server provided an inaccurate recommendation for my meal choice so I had to get something else in addition to what I initially ordered as my entree. I wish the art wasn’t the most interesting thing at this venue.

   We met up with friends for appetizers and beverages before a show at the Winspear. Lovely restaurant and courteous staff. We will be back!

    Food was really good! But it took it a while and the drinks to come in. Also, the waiter took part of our order and then left our table while we were deciding on drinks. So we had to wait even longer. Food was great tho!
