Embargo is open and is the place to be on Cape Cod, featuring a chic and sophisticated atmosphere with amazing food and handcrafted cocktails. Our menu features dry aged steaks cooked to perfection, mouth watering tapas, and of course, fresh local seafood. Each meal becomes an event when shared with friends and family!

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, we do not guarantee reservations for outdoor patio seating. Tables are sat on a first come, first serve basis. If you have a reservation and request outdoor seating, you may endure a brief waiting period. All reservations are held for 10 minutes and will be considered cancelled without a phone call. Portions were overpriced and very small for the quality of food . The crème brûlée was cold and a tiny scoop of ice cream for $7 was outrageous.. left there still hungry . Mushrooms were so tiny and overcooked and the cheese they melted on there was horrible and left a bitter taste

They have a large variety of foods which can be shared. Everything is great there. From the waiter/waitress, the bartenders, the support staff to the owner all make you feel welcomed and are so very nice.

Visiting Hyannis from out of state and decided to try Embargo. Definitely one of the best decisions ever. Drinks, food and service were some of the best we've ever experienced. Would make a trip back just to go there again. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and try Embargo.

This was our first time to Embargo, we went there because of the positive reviews. My wife and I each had a martini and we shared four tapas, and then shared a “creamy espresso martini” for dessert. The food was fantastic and our server Michelle was great. She didn’t rush us but always seemed to appear at just the right time. This restaurant is highly recommended..
