   An excellent visit to Ember today. I took my Mum for a birthday / Mother's day treat & as always, the experience was exceptional. Charlie seated us & explained to my Mum (who was there for the first time) how the menu & wine paring would play out. Every course was delicious, the quality & care taken were superb. Charlie explained each wine, with enthusiasm, professionalism & he was friendly & happy to chat to us about our dogs. He's a real asset to the team, it was a pleasure to meet you Charlie. It was good to chat to Hannah & the team. Thank you Ember for making the experience wonderful for my 78 year old Mum & I

   We had a fantastic lunch with a very delicious tasting menu for potential new dishes. The food was expertly cooked and very tasty. I ate a wonderful salmon tartare which was incredible and I really don't like salmon. The dishes cooked over the open flame still retained their own flavours without smoke overkill. Desserts were delicious. We need to go back to eat from the main menu as it all sounds so good!

   Very tasty mixture of small plates at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly. The only downside is it was quite chilly near the door (on a very cold evening).

   Such a lovely welcome, the door was held open when we arrived before we even got close to the entrance. Equally when my partner went outside to settle our baby, again the door was held open when he was ready to come back in. The preempting and attentiveness was spot on, a great touch. Loved the food and the atmosphere. Service was lovely, staff really accommodating with us having small children. Great to see previous feedback by another customer had been taken onboard about it being chilly by the door and a powerful heater was in situ. We can’t wait to come back as a couple for a date night minus the baby for the taster menu. Thank you

   We came back to celebrate my 70th birthday. The taster menu was fantastic. Wonderful flavours. The service was attentive without being overfussy. We'll be back again before too long.

   A delicious and unique experience when sat on the high top seating for locals to Rushden and Wellingborough. The food has been consistently excellent, and the staff incredibly attentive. Looking forward to my next visit already!

   This was our first visit to Ember and certainly won't be our last. Whilst an expensive meal it was first class and worth every bit. The dishes were cooked to perfection. The staff were very attentive and took care of us. We were situated by the main entrance and they kept checking we were warm enough and if we wanted additional heating and blankets. The noise level was quite high but everyone was enjoying themselves. We had the small plate dishes and ended up having everything off the menu bar a couple of dishes. We also had a bottle of Rioja which was lovely. Overall highly recommended!

   The front of house team, we’re fanatic. Attentive and friendly. As for the chefs, wow. The food was outstanding. Each course was presented in such a way to enhance the experience. The courses were described with such enthusiasm and detail. All over a really fantastic experience. Thank you to Team Ember.

   Our first visit - we loved Ember. Chose table option as dining with friends and wanted to sit as a four rather than at Chef’s Table. Food was all delicious - we each had a different favourite - the turnip, the bavette, the stone bass, the mussels……there wasn’t a dish that disappointed. Service was excellent - we felt warmly welcomed and no rush to finish. Great, lively atmosphere. We will be returning.
