    A former colleague told us about Ember and how much she enjoyed her experience, so when we had friends visiting from out of town, we made reservations. Everything about our experience was fantastic. Everyone on the staff was professional, yet very warm, and knowledgeable about the food and beverage and suggestions. Ambiance was lovely. The cuisine and beverages were delicious - truly. And I will not hesitate to return and to recommend Ember to our family and friends!

    Excellent experience overall - the service and food were excellent- their team really knows the products that they provide and deliver them very well. I have eaten in a good variety of steak houses and this was the first time I was offered a choice of three types of steak knives for my steak - presented in a very nice wooden box.

    The ambiance was loud & energetic due to a work xmas party going on near the patio. The music was fun. Food is extremely overpriced for what you get. Salmon was just ok...nothing special. Service was friendly but not as attentive as I'm accustomed. Dessert options were lack luster. I definitely would not recommend.

    We had an amazing time at Embers and even came here twice during our visit. The sashimi trio was beautifully plated and incredibly fresh, the lobster bisque was perfectly cooked with no chewiness, and both the dry-aged ribeye and dry-aged porterhouse were cooked exactly to our preference and packed with flavor. Our server, Maya, was attentive and friendly—highly recommend her! The manager on staff, Pim, was welcoming, approachable, and exceptionally hardworking. As a manager, she sets a valuable example for her team by stepping in to provide support whenever needed. Thank you again for the wonderful experience! – Bianca

    The food was good and so is the service except one of our order was mistakenly served as the regular New York steak not the 14 days dry aged per our initial order. All others are fine and good. We like the food so we will come back for sure.

    It was so freezing cold that we left after being seated. Others also left. Some were given blankets to wrap themselves with. Others needed winter coats to try and stay warm. Never again!!

    We showed up at 530 for a 530 reservation. We were seated at the closest table to the outdoor area, which was accessed by a large garage door. It was 49 degrees when we showed up. The outdoor space had space heaters already. The indoor space had no heaters. We immediately asked for the corner table away from the garage door that let all the outdoor air from the skating rink into restaurant. The waiter was kind enough to offer a thick blanket to my lady. They had lots of blankets available for indoor guests. The manager brought over a heater to put by our feet, which was powerful enough to heat my lady's big toe if she put her open toed shoe 3 inches from the heater. Our food arrived at 6:40, over an hour after we ordered it, and it was ALL lukewarm at best, including my so-called medium filet which was clearly rare. The best part of the evening was that my lady's wine glass stayed chilled, since it was 47 degrees outside, with that outside air happy to make its way throughout the restaurant to the guests, who mostly had parkas and other winter gear on. Even the asparagus and freshly torched potatoes au gratin were barely warm. My girfriend went to considerable effort to wear a beautiful dress, only to have it covered up by their ridiculous blankets making her look like Miss Claus for Christmas. The waiter, Anthony, was quite nice, and he did offer 30% off after sensing our disgust.
