   Lovely meal at Embers Fireside Grill. Food was excellent and although busy , our waitstaff was terrific. Would recommend and will be back.

   Service was really good. Food was good and generous serves. Plenty of space to eat, noise from other tables a bit loud but generally good setting. Recommended.

   My husband and I chose Embers for our wedding anniversary celebration while we were staying in Jindabyne for two nights. We wanted fine dining and this seemed to be the only place that offered this. We had a lovely table near the electric log fire and the waitress kindly lit it for us as we were feeling quite cool there. The only downside for me was the menu selection. I chose the duck entree but was told they had run out. I then asked if I could have the scallops with a different sauce as I was lactose intolerant. After checking, the waitress told me the chef were not able to substitute anything else with it. This was very disappointing. I ended up ordering the spring rolls and was very disappointed with them as they were flavourless. My husband, on the other hand, loved his brie entree and raved about the ribs.

   We visited Embers for a special celebration and had a lovely time. We were sat by the fire at my request, our orders were taken promptly and the food and drinks arrived in a very timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Embers to anyone else travelling to Jindabyne.

   I booked an early 6pm table for my husband, toddler and I for Father’s Day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and we didn’t wait long. Overall a very pleasant evening.

   We’ve dined at Embers for many years. This was our first time this year. When we arrived we had to wait 20 mins for our booked reservation. When we were seated no one asked us if we wanted drinks. We had to grab a waiters attention to order dinner. Thankfully the food was very good but the overall service and ambience of the restaurant has gone downhill so much so that we had another reservation which we have now cancelled.

    We went on Thursday night when they have the rib special and it was so tender and a great price. The whole evening was lovely. Make sure you pre-book. The staff were friendly and attentive and the restaurant has a lovely ambiance with a fireplace.
