Emerge was established in February of 2019.  This restaurant focuses on steak and features wagyu, full blood wagyu, 100% grass fed as well as in house dry aged steaks.  Emerge can feature up to 10 steaks of various cuts at anyone time. Although a steakhouse Emerge doesn’t leave anyone behind.  It really does have something for everyone.  Using mainly proteins, vegetables and local artisan suppliers, the simplicity of the menu is naturally driven towards being gluten free.  For this reason, Emerge is a popular location for coeliacs to safely dine.  Although we refer to Emerge as using simple ingredients flavour is not lacking! 

Emerge is a sister venue to the c up-and-coming restaurant Conclude.

Emerge is not fine dining but something special.  The atmosphere is warm and friendly yet moody and intimate.  Open lunch & dinner Monday- Saturday, book on in and enjoy!

    This was by far the best steak I have ever eaten in my life, was incredibly delicious. I also found the sides and my entree to be really good. Staff were friendly but could have been a little more attentive to empty drinks. The atmosphere of the room leaves a little to be desired, tricky as it’s one open space so hard to create any intimacy/cosy vibes but it’s still a nice restaurant. 100% will return.

    They used to offer complimentary bread very disappointed this is no longer offered, especially when they don’t even give you 1 free side with a protein
