Our filet was sooo flavorful and tender. It ranks as one of the best steaks we have ever eaten. Definitely a go to for a special night out!

By the time I got my steak back, my partner had already finished his meal Food did not come out together. They charge for refills on soda.                                                                                                                     Undeniably one of the best views to be enjoyed in Honolulu, that’s why we went. Service was impeccable and wonderfully attentive without being intrusive. We elected to reserve the earliest (lunch) seating so everything moved smoothly and the place was quiet. The highlight of the meal was the tagliatelle with bolognese sauce. Possibly the best I have ever had. However I was a bit disappointed with the mozzarella and tomato salad. The cheese was very firm and dramatically overwhelmed the tomato in volume. Much improved with additional olive oil and balsamic vinegar that was on the table. My wife had the Caesar salad with chicken. She rated it good but not outstanding. On the other hand, the 50’s Old Fashioned was spectacular! It was a bit spendy, like everything in Waikiki, but we look forward to returning on our next visit.

                                                                                                                    We were sorry to see Pesca close but are happy that the Empire Steak House offers a similar lunch menu that includes a two-course Power Lunch with a lot of nice options. We love having a beautiful view restaurant that also serves good food.

The ambiance was nice with a lovely view of the ocean and a pianist playing music, but the food was mediocre at best. Which is a shame because our bill was $200 for two main dishes, a soup and a salad. All of the staff were wonderful!
