   Partners 30th birthday celebration party of 4. From the minute we came in we were greeted by a warm and smiley receptionist. Prior to coming I wanted to go somewhere new and intimate and cosy. - I googled top ten restaurants of b’ham and one of them was EN STEAK. I read great reviews , the pictures looked fab and did it deliver! You are shown different cuts of steaks - chateau tomahawk & tbone - great! little like gaucho only difference they bring out pieces of meat nonetheless still great. Partner had 650g chateau for himself Mother and I shared the same 4 year old had chicken supreme rather than what was recommended by staff the chicken nibbles (Perhaps more child friendly and more selection but he loved it) Bottle of red in Hand and a few margarita cocktails it was a WIN! Waiters and waitresses were sweet, chatty , professional and wasn’t pushy or intrusive. (Private note to follow) mac and cheese was dry but the Steaks were AMAZING (medium rare) yummy! Choice of two butters & two sauces - No faults at all. Three choc mousses later and a hazelnut martini dessert to follow with selection of coffees - a dream! Lovely touch - due to it being a birthday (restaurant/chefs surprised us) including a red cheeked birthday boy with a happy birthday plate & us singing - thank you so much! All your waiters and waitresses are a credit to you! They made us feel like VIPs and honestly that is very hard to come by these days! Nearly £500 later , money well spent - no issues paying service charge just wish we had the option to add more tips as we had no cash on us. We were very disappointed as we wanted to tip more! Tables were a little close , a male couple came halfway through our meal and nearly dropped our drinks trying to squeeze past to their seats next couple who arrived towards the end of our meal ear wigged the whole way into our conversations- not great! Despite that we still had a GREAT night! Thank you to all - WE WILL BE BACK

   Amazing food, drinks and venue. The service was amazing, food came out quick despite it being busy, the waiter had gave me a rose because it was Valentine’s Day when I had gone. 100/10 would recommend to anyone!

   Amazing food - the steak was excellent - as good as any I have had, but to be fair all the food was very good. Service very was also flawless. I cannot fault the dining experience in any way. I will be returning!

   We went to EN Steak last night to ‘celebrate life’ and our experience was exceptional. Our waiter Marco was possibly the friendliest and most helpful waiter we have ever had and this really contributed a lot to the overall experience. When you go out for a meal it’s because you want to be waited on and treated like a guest and Marco made us feel very welcome. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco and he would come over and top our glasses up as soon as they started running low. For our main we shared a 600g fillet steak and that was one of the best steaks we have ever had. They recommend it cooked rare so we followed their recommendation and it didn’t disappoint. The whole place was very quiet and peaceful and in my opinion this just made the whole meal that little bit more enjoyable. The prices are what you would expect from any other steak restaurant, our steak to share was about £15.00 per 100g and this included chips, salad, sauces and butters to share. Overall we can highly recommend and will be coming back next time we are in Birmingham!

   Great staff and service, ordered the T Bone and Tomahawk, both cooked perfectly, would recommend the Peroni lager!
