   Had an amazing meal tonight for my 60th birthday. All the staff were amazing, but we were really looked after by Tom & Brennan, serving us and being really friendly. They made our night perfect. Thanks guys. Shame they had run out of garlic bread which made my husband shed a few tears, bless!

   This was a family celebration of six adults. The restaurant looked amazing and we were greeted and shown to a table. Some of us hadn’t been below and so the menu and all you can eat buffet was explained. We knew drinks weren’t included but no one asked for our drinks order. We had to catch the attention of a passing waitress who seemed confused. Then went to get an order pad. Took to long. The food servers who came to carve at the table were excellent, polite and good humoured. However the people who had been before were a little disappointed as some of the food selections weren’t available as the menu had been changed. My husband had to go to the bar to order more drinks and we waited 40 minutes for them to come. All the while we could see members of staff chatting to each other rather than serving customers. When I wanted to pay the bill, I had to go to the reception area as no one comes round other than the meat carvers. Again girls chatting rather than responding to a customer waiting. The manager was already serving someone but he noticed me and had to ask the girl to attend to me. All the while I’m looking at this notice that said on top of the £50 per head they add a 10% service charge but you can ask for it to be removed. I’m afraid the bar and drinks staff let the evening down so I asked for it to be removed. She said she’d bring the card reader over to our table but when she did she’d forgotten to remove the service charge. She apologised and said she’d go back and remove it at the till. I’m glad I experienced the Brazilian steakhouse thing but I won’t be going back.

   Food was good and the quality of the meat was excellent. However let down by the service as staff seemed to just walk past us. When asking for one meat to be cooked a little more we didn’t see the meat or staff member again!

   Really good service and ambience of the restaurant. All staff were lovely, especially our main waiter Kayjay. Value for food was great!

   Arrived 10 minutes prior to our booked time. My immediate impression was that it was not going to be a good experience, the bar was stacked full of dirty glasses that went halfway down the bar, there were 3 kids play fighting right next to them. Luckily we were immediately shown to our table as there was no room to sit and have a drink whilst we waited. We were quickly informed of the way it works your card is green you get meat you flip it over its red they dont come...... in theory. We get our plates to head to the buffet area. There are a few roast potatoes, no garlic bread, no garlic mushrooms, a few packets of butter but no fresh bread to put it on, there was plenty of salad stuff but (no hard boiled eggs). So sat down with very little on my plate and waited for the meat which took that long to come (table was missed so many times despite green card showing for both of us) the bit of buffet we had was gone. We did get a mini basket of 12 fries between 2 of us. Eggs appeared and were taken away before I got to the buffet this happened twice (unknown why) asked for missing things told they would be done within 10 minutes (they appeared just before I had had enough of the place like 3-4 mins) we left 30 minutes later. Ordered 2 pints of lager on sitting down 20 minutes later they hadn't arrived (they had forgot was the excuse). Had to have a soft drink eventually as not staying any longer. Meat was med-rare no otion for anything more dead (blood splatter each time they carved something when they did bring something) Poor experience turned card red and every meat wandering around came to the table. £105 for 2 people on our anniversary was not value for money. All the floor lead could say was yes its not good is it and we still had to pay the full bill. Will never go there again and will not recomend to anyone unless you have a very poor appetite and like your meat killed in front of you before you eat it.

   Have never been to this establishment before , didn't really understand the concept. Although the food was ok , a lot of salads and extras , we had to ask for chips , they had no garlic bread , the meats were very little for the £45 a head they were charging! The fillet steak was only offered once , other than that it was cheap cuts and chicken hearts which probably costs nothing!

    Amelia and Sophie were very welcoming on our arrival and were very gracious in offering us a choice of places to sit. We were quickly served with drinks and left to choose our salad options. Thomas was amazingly efficient in bringing out different meat choices for us and was great for a laugh too. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return. Thanks guys 😊
