   My wife and I celebrated my birthday at Estampa Gaucha Raleigh last night. Our experience was less than satisfying. Our visit to this establishment when they first opened was much more satisfying. Customer service has declined immensely from our first visit unfortunately. We were ignored much of the time we were there. We asked two servers for a particular meat twice and were never accommodated. At the end of our meal a floor supervisor? brought us our check, made a strange noise when he dropped it off, and walked away without asking us how our experience was. I noticed he visited other tables throughout the night as well, but not ours. As we left we walked by the manager (who we had spoken to before) and he completely ignored us. Again, he didn’t thank us for coming or ask us how our experience was. Poor customer service has no excuse. For the price we expect to be treated better. We won’t be visiting this establishment again and would not recommend it.

   Been to a lot of Brazilian steakhouses and this one is the lowest rated one I’ve ever been too! Salad bar was terrible, meat wasn’t well seasoned, sides were cold, had to wave down staff for a clean plate. Would not go again, which sucks because it’s the only one in the area.

   My wife and I celebrated our 8 year anniversary and it was a very memorable experience. We’ve never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse before so it was our first ever experience and I must say, it was the absolute best dining experience we have had so far. The staff were very respectful, very welcoming, very helpful. 20 out of 10 experience for sure. The food was amazing, from the salad bar with vast options to the fresh made meats served to your liking. And ALL YOU CAN EAT IS AND UNDERSTATEMENT!!

   Food was good. The service was average, the host was extremely nice so it was a great start, the servers didn’t care about me asking 4 times for shrimp. They say the server 15 different types of meats and I just get to taste 6 different types plus never got the shrimp after asking for it to 4 different servers including the manager, they all kept saying I will get it for you and never happened

   Good food, large salad bar. All the meats were brought directly to the table. Our server, Alexander, was friendly and attentive. He fully explained how everything worked and what we should do. One of the “gauchos” Dyson made us feel at home and was very helpful explaining the different kinds of meat. It was a good experience.

   If you're expecting a quality Brazilian steakhouse experience, based on our experience, this is likely not the place. During our visit, only a handful of meat selections were presented to us. We asked for filet mignon multiple times and waited over 30 minutes before we were presented with 3 small pieces of filet that were cooked to the point of being charcoal. All of the beef selections tasted bland and were horribly chewy (including the filet mignon). When we were able to request that our meat cuts be medium or medium rare, we were often provided cuts that were mostly medium well to well done.The salad bar had very few selections compared to other Brazilian steakhouses I've visited. The wait staff were stretched thin, we were rarely checked on, and our drink glasses were often left empty.

   Very excellent staff and the atmosphere was very delightful . The Valentine Special was perfect for date night .

    Amazing food and amazing drinks. The food was melt in your mouth good hardly had to chew any of the food
