   We wanted a special experience to celebrate our son's engagement. Etch delivered with excellent service and delicious food. I really can't think of a negative comment. It is not an inexpensive restaurant, but you will have a memorable meal.

   We always enjoy eating at the Chefs Table / Counter in both Etch restaurants. Yesterday we were there at a very slow time (3:45pm) so we were able to chat with several staff members. They are always so friendly. I’d been wanting to try the hamburger on the mid-day menu - one reason we were there at 3:45. It did not disappoint! The fries were done perfectly. The brownie ice cream made the end of our meal very satisfying.

   Food was extraordinary and server made sure we were done well before curtain time despite late arrival caused by parking chaos and gridlock. We have eaten at Etch downtown for years (and at Zola before that), and the Franklin location, like Etc. before it, shows that Deb and her team know how to replicate the same quality experience in a new place.

   This was my first visit to etch in Franklin and I will definitely be back. The food was excellent and the service was the best. All of the staff were friendly and cheerful. The ambience was perfect. You can't go wrong if you choose to visit this location.

   Glad to have an upscale dining option in the “Factory”. Very contemporary remodel of their location. Open views of kitchen and a dining bar overlooking the kitchen. Very creative touches. Service was attentive. All food items well prepared and tasty with unique presentations. I enjoyed the venison which was cooked perfectly, medium rare. My wife enjoyed the scallops, also cooked perfectly. Only negative comment is that only 3, medium sized scallops were served. For the price one more would have been better. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Etch.

   Loved our meal, cocktails and wine. Our server was great, & we had a lovely time. We dine out frequently and expect high prices for this caliber restaurant, but felt the prices were exceptionally. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our dinner.

   The service was excellent! Cocktails were also amazing... highly recommend the Etch-spresso martini. There were 6 of us (3 couples) dining. We shared 2 appetizers, the shrimp & octupus bruschetta and the carpaccio, which were both outstanding. We also shared 3 sides with our meals which were also very good. Each couple shared a main course.. The pork chop dish was amazing, however the scallops and the chicken dish were disappointing. Both had too much sauce and I couldn't really tell what was in with the scallops. This is why I gave Etch a 4/5. I would definitely return, but would not order either of those dishes. We also brought our own wine as the red wine choices are pretty limited.

    The food was excellent and our server was attentive and friendly. The host when we arrived was not as gracious but simply ok. Our table felt like one of the least desirable spots even though many other tables were open. Overall, the experience was fine but attending to a few details would make an impact.
